باستخدامك لتطبيق LexiGuard أو موقعه الإلكتروني، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. يحق لـ LexiGuard تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت مع إشعار مسبق. يُشترط أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا أو أكثر.
By using the LexiGuard app or website, you agree to be bound by these terms. LexiGuard reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.

تتوفر خطط الاشتراك التالية (شهريًا):

🚫 لا استرداد للمدفوعات: وفقًا لسياسة Apple App Store، جميع المشتريات داخل التطبيق نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد.
🚫 No Refunds: Per Apple App Store policy, all in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.
الاستثناءات الوحيدة:

💡 يمكنك إلغاء تجديد اشتراكك في أي وقت من إعدادات Apple ID ← الاشتراكات.
💡 You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time from Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions.
يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. سيتم حذف جميع بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.
يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك فورًا في حال انتهاك هذه الشروط أو الاستخدام لأغراض غير مشروعة.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms or unlawful use.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتجاوز المسؤولية الإجمالية لـ LexiGuard مجموع الرسوم التي دفعتها خلال الثلاثة أشهر السابقة للمطالبة.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexiGuard's total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid during the three months preceding the claim.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. في حال نشوء أي نزاع، يتم تسويته وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
